Welcome to the Gunnison Car Club, where we are cruisin' high in the beautiful Colorado Rockies. Join us every fourth Saturday in August for our awesome annual car show with cool cars and cool mountains!
The
Gunnison Car Club is a non-profit charitable organization that supports
local charities. 2009
Sponsored Non-profit organizations include: the Gunnison Area Restorative
Project, City of Gunnison Parks and Recreation Department, The Marbles
Program, Jubilee House, Hinsdale County Historical Society, Gunnison
Valley Observatory, Six Points, Partners, and the Pioneer Museum.
The Gunnison Car Club's "Cool Cars, Cool Mountains" Car Show is one of only 25 car shows in the country that have been selected by Mr. Lee Iacocca to present the prestigious Iacocca Award. This award program was created to honor those who have advanced the collector car hobby as well as to raise awareness for Type 1 Diabetes research.
